Hi,

I downloaded edge_controls_industrial pkg, i learnt in the guide, i need to have product key to install it. I didn't get any mail regarding product key. Can you pleas help me to get product key.

Hi, as you need product key and you didn't get it, have you raised complaint for the same if yes please share will look into this

Hi surabhi,

When did you request access to Edge Controls for Industrial package? The approval takes 1 - 2 business days. Once it's approved, you will receive an email with your product key and download instructions. Please also check your email spam/junk folder.
