Realsense D435 Issue

Hello,

My customer has been seeing these issue with the following hardware settings:

IPC model: Vecow Industrial PC SPC-5600A (Core i7) https://www.vecow.com/dispUploadBox/PJ-VECOW/Files/5048.pdf
Camera model: Intel Realsense D435
USB model: 3.1 A-C Dual Screw Black Newnex Black 5m 2.0 #U3S1A01C12-050 https://www.newnex.com/usb-type-c-cables-legacy.php
AMR1: 1x D435 connected to IPC USB port type: 2.0; 1x D435 connected to IPC USB port type: 3.2
AMR2: 2x D435 connected to IPC USB port type: 3.2

Ubuntu 18.04.5

Kernel 4.15.0-112-generic

RealSense ROS v2.3.2

LibRealSense v2.50.0

Device FW version: 05.13.00.50
