The visualizer app showed black screen with Disconnected after rebuild the EIS with 5) Demo : Historical (Safety Worker - Video) (Requires OpenVINO toolkit download link).” using EIS 2.2 version software. Could you share some guide to bring up the worker safety video?

Hi Pamara,

If you are using the auto-installer on the standard PV package that has been released and you want to run the safety worker demo you can choose for option 1 (streaming) for the use case that needs to be installed.

Next, you can provide the link to download the openVINO version 2020.1.

After successfully installed, you can see the Visualizer will pop out and run the PCB demo sample.

To change this demo to worker safety demo you can follow below step :

1. Open etcd UI at http://127.0.0.1:7070/etcdkeeper

2. Under the Video Ingestion section, Change the ingestor pipeline to run the worker safety demo video. (Safety_Full_Hat_and_Vest.mp4) instead of pcb_d2000.avi

3. Under the same Video Ingestion section, change the classifier UDF name to "dummy"

4. Under the Video analytics section, change the UDF name to safety.safety_classifier and change the model xml and model bin to safety_gear/ref/frozen_inference_graph.xml and safety_gear/ref/frozen_inference_graph.bin respectively.

5. Save the configuration. Now you can see the visualizer will show the detection for Safety Worker demo.
