I have downloaded Edge Industrial from ESH last week but haven't received the key through email.

Could you please help.

Do you mean you didn't get your ESH key ?

Is this your first time downloading the ESH for Industrial or have you downloaded the previous version before ? And may I know if you used your Intel's email for this installation ?
