Support required for Basler Embedded Cameras

Our partner Heysoft is trying to setup the Basler Camera with their EIS stack. However, the images have been poor in quality, possibly due to some missed settings. Can someone help them with this? Thanks!

1) Basler camera model

2) Video Ingestion configuration. This can be a screenshot from the video ingestion ETCD web UI.

I believe they tried taking a picture with camera, by connecting to a PC or IPC USB, not entire sure. They may need guidance on proper usage.

For the second item, what is needed is the video ingestion configuration so we can see how the camera being setup today. It can be obtained at the video ingestion configuration from the ETCD web UI. Sorry for the confusion earlier.
