I am writing to report a persistent DNS resolution issue with https://console.cloud.intel.com, which appears to be affecting users globally. The domain currently returns an NXDOMAIN error, preventing access to the Intel Developer Cloud (Tiber AI / Cloud Console) portal.

We have confirmed that this issue is not localized — users in Qatar, India, and the United States are all experiencing the same error. Below are some diagnostic results for your reference:

nslookup console.cloud.intel.com 8.8.8.8
→ ** response: NXDOMAIN

nslookup console.cloud.intel.com 1.1.1.1
→ ** response: NXDOMAIN

dig +trace console.cloud.intel.com
→ trace stops at cloud.intel.com with no A or CNAME record

nslookup -type=SOA cloud.intel.com 1.1.1.1
→ returns valid SOA, but no subdomain record for console.cloud.intel.com

This indicates that the DNS A/CNAME record for the console.cloud.intel.com hostname is missing or misconfigured at the authoritative zone level.

Kindly verify whether this domain is still active or undergoing maintenance, and please provide an updated endpoint or alternate URL if the console has been moved.

Thank you for your assistance.

Many thanks for your attention. In the meantime, are there alternative access routes or developer portals available for Intel’s edge AI / DevCloud stack? If only paid or enterprise access is currently available, could you please share the relevant developer links or program pages? Also, are there any recommended or official alternate clouds or platforms for developing on Intel’s edge AI software stack until the console is restored?

Apologies for the many questions, and thank you in advance for your support.
