Cannot download or access Edge Controls for Industrial (ECI) package. My Intel Developer Zone account logs in successfully, but the page redirects to Microsoft SAML login and no download option appears. Please grant download access or advise next steps.

Could you please use the steps below to capture additional logs for us to investigate further? Additionally, to test if the issue is specific to your account, is there another account you could use for testing?

Open the Developer Tools in your Browser
Navigate to the Network Tab
Browse to the package download page (https://edgesoftwarecatalog.intel.com/package/edge_controls_industrial)
Start capturing
Click on Download
Save/Download the network logs in HAR format
