Hi zhangbbbb,

What kernel version are you using (please provide the output of uname -a)? Did you install ECI Real-time linux kernel? If not, please install the Linux Intel LTS PREEMPT_RT kernel per the instructions: https://eci.intel.com/docs/3.0/getstarted/installing_packages.html#install-eci-real-time-linux-kernel

Once installed, reboot the system and boot using the new kernel. You can confirm using uname -a and you should see intel-ese-staandard-lts-rt+ in the output. Then run /etc/init.d/ethercat start.

Regards,

Jesus
