Hi wales,

Could you try to run the following script that is hosted on the OpenVINO GitHub repository? Unfortunately, I don't have access to a system with this processor to test from my side.

raw.githubusercontent.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino/2022.3.0/scripts/install_dependencies/install_NEO_OCL_driver.sh

Regards,

Jesus

I am currently using the latest version of ESDQ 2.6 to validate the ADL-N platform and found that all GPU tests have failed. Please refer to Attachment 1. Additionally, according to the ESDQ AI BOX website, it only supports 11th or 12th Generation Intel® Core™ processors and Celeron® processors. Does this mean that ADL-N is currently not supported? Finally, may I inquire about the ESDQ AI Box roadmap for when it will support ADL-N?

Hi wales,

Thanks for reaching out, I'll need to confirm if Alder Lake N is officially supported by the ESDQ software package. However, looking at the logs, it looks like the GPU tests are failing to run as the GPU device is not able to open. Likely due to a missing driver (See error below). ESDQ v2.6 includes OpenVINO 2022.2 which supports Intel UHD Graphics. Could you try to install the driver manually and try again?

Failed to create plugin /opt/intel/l_openvino_toolkit_ubuntu20_2022.2.0.7713.af16ea1d79a_x86_64/runtime/lib/intel64/libopenvino_intel_gpu_plugin.so for device GPU

Please, check your environment

[CLDNN ERROR]. clGetPlatformIDs error -1001

Regards,

Jesus
