Hi louisdace,

From the description, I see you are using Edge Software Configurator v4.0 on a 4th Generation Intel Core i7 running Ubuntu 18.04. Have you attempted to install the package on a newer system? See the system requirements.

Also, have you tried installing Edge Software Configurator 5.0? Did you run into any issues using this version? If you can please provide the log files located in /var/log/esb-cli/Intel_Edge_Software_Configurator_v4.0/Edge_Software_Configurator.

Looks like the script failed to install docker-compose. Could you try to manually install Docker using the following guide?
