Hello, Paul111,

The vPro Certificate is necessary when we need remote access to endpoints without user consent or use an Out-of-Band (OOB) connection on vPro Enterprise endpoints.

Intel® EMA offers the Client Control Mode option, this option requests user consent and no vPro Certificate is necessary.
