Server spawn failed while using ITAC learning notebooks

Hello,

I am coming across an issue when attempting to launch a notebook from the "Learning" section of Intel Tiber AI Cloud. Under the "AI with Intel Max Series GPU", I am attempting to launch a JupyterHub instance with a GPU from the "Connect now" drop-down menu.

However, after multiple attempts and many instances of me logging out and logging back in, I cannot seem to get my server to properly spawn, as I am met with a "Server spawn failed" message each time.

It seems that even if I try to launch any notebook at all, it will still give me the same message. If there are any suggestions or guidance that I could be acquainted with to navigate this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
