Under what conditions should the NPU outperform the CPU?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to measure the power consumption of the NPU during inference.
