    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I got this error when running socwatch from command prompt :&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;socwatch entry point not found&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;the procedure entry point getsystemtimepreciseasfiletime could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;See the attched screen shot.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am using vtune 2017 with windows 7&lt;/P&gt;
