I am able to run applications on target and collect data. While resolving the data,&nbsp; Vtune throws an error</P> <PRE class="brush:plain; class-name:dark;">Cannot load data file `/opt/devel/vtune/projects/test/r020hs/data.0/30401-30415.1.trace' (getModuleInfo: invalid id()!).</PRE> <P>I did a quick search on google to find this &lt;https://software.intel.com/en-us/vtune-amplifier-help-error-message-cannot-load-data-file&gt;, which says that there is not enough storage on my disk.
