VTune basic hotspots reports zero cpu

Tried first using VTune Stand Alone GUI and attached the process. The target and VTune standalone became non-responsive.

Then tried amplex-cl and Visual Studio integration. It seemed to collect data and finished successfully. However the summary reports zero CPU. Can some one explain what's wrong? Thank you.

Does it happen with every application on every analysis or only with basic hotspots?

Could you please make n bug report archive using "amplxe-feedback.exe -create-bug-report=<archive_name>" command during the hang you mentioned above and send it to us?
