Intel VTune community download

I have filled out the form and submitted to download the free Intel VTune community version this past weekend and still have not received an email with a link to download (it's been >3 business days at this point). Is this kind of wait time to download typical?

Try to reuse your way and got the same issue.

I have the link in the mail that opens the page with 'open the mail with instructions' message.

I have still not received the email with the download link. I have now filled out the form @ https://software.seek.intel.com/intel-vtune-profiler three times.
