intel driver and support assistant not working

updated windows on December 8, 2020: widows comulatative update for windows 10 version 20H2 x64-based systems (KB4592438). Intel driver and support assistant no longer works. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
