Advisor Survey & Roofline - incompatible database schema

I ran Advisor survey and roofline reports on four different programs. I ran the report on Linux in the cloud, then downloaded the results to examine locally using the Windows GUI.

In the Survey & Roofline tab, all four programs say:

No Data
Data loading failed
Error message: incompatible database schema

I have attached a png showing the message.

The other reports have no problems like that.

I am running Advisor 2020 Update 2 on Windows 10.

Why am I getting that message?

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Forum.

This is mainly due to the version incompatibility issue.

Could you please try with the same version of advisor that you use in linux or update to the latest version. Advisor works fine if the version on windows is same or higher than the version on linux.
