Hi Yue Xiang,

To view results collected in remote host you might need to install inspector on remote Linux machine and you can collect data on Linux machine using command line(if you don't have GUI in Linux). The collected results can be copied to your host windows machine for visualizing. You can read more about remote usage in the below link.

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/remote-usage-model-of-intel-inspector-xe.html

Thanks

Arun

How to collect data on a remote Linux system using Intel Inspector?

Hello,

I'm using Intel Inspector in Visual Studio on Windows, while the target application is on a remote Linux system (actually a docker container). I'm wondering how to collect data of the remote target and visualize the result in local host.

I found it is possible for intel VTune Profiler by configuring SSH collection. Is there a similar configuration method for Intel Inspector?

Thanks,

Yue Xiang
