intel APS reports unusually large message transfer time

Hi,
I was trying to use intel APS tool, as -
mpirun -np X -ppn Y aps -c mpi ./application.exe

and i came across following observation -

Messagesize(B)	Volume(MB)	Volume(%)	Transfers	Time(sec)	Time(%)
589824	1.71E+08	26.79	290070590	220680.08	18.12
35512	860687.7	0.13	24236532	19085.79	1.57
37056	899539	0.14	24275124	19037.67	1.56
38600	904379.9	0.14	23429532	18470.59	1.52

.....

as per this report, the 290070590x transfers of the 589824 message size data took 220680.08 seconds (= ~61 hours ) but the application finished normally in ~3 hours.
(and there are more messages sizes in the report ~600 lines)

this was a run of an application with 4 process per node (10 threads per process) on 128 nodes.

Is this report incorrect or i am interpreting this incorrectly?

Can you please share the below information for better understanding of the issue.

1. The steps to reproduce the problem, as well as the operating system (for example, Windows 10, linux: Ubuntu 18.04.1, Centos8).

2. The version of Vtune you are using (if it is old, please upgrade) and the steps to reproduce your problem. (if possible attach screen shots too)

3. If possible, a sample reproducer or sample executable.
