MAX 10 UART Remote System Example

Greetings i am trying to learn about the remote system upgrade through uart i have a tonne of questions but the most important one is i would like to change the nios 2 ip from nios 2 F to E for budgetary reasons. how can i achive that the errors i encountered are as below i am using 2021.1 quartus version as a further note i am unable to find the .qsys file

The issue is now resolved the problem was my computer somehow managed to corrupt the qsys file and then the altera deleting it somehow i downloaded it again and this time it worked without an issue
