Only customers with Priority support have ability to download older versions. You could try going back to even older version of oneAPI(I think some are still available) and seeing if that one will work.

Hello,

I'm using VTune 2025.7 on a Intel core i7-10510U, but it seems that the microprocessor is not recognized by VTune, and I can't launch any analysis (I have issues with empty PMU option)

The documentation (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/system-requirements/vtune-profiler/2025-1.html) is indicating that Ice Lake (10th gen) or later is required, so I don't understand why my processor is not recognized.

Is the documentation out of date? Is there somewhere I can download older version of VTune?

Unfortunately, i7-10xxx seems to be Comet Lake which is based on the very old Skylake architecture (Ice Lake is based on Sunny Cove).

I faced the same problem and tried vtune version 2025.0.0 which works. (Then I asked my boss for a new computer)
