I thought that installing eclipse first might be a suitable way of running vtlec with another JRE. Simply redirecting vtlec to another JRE caused some library compatibility problems. Unfortunately the Vtune eclipse installation script does not accept the eclipse installation directory. I tried different path into the existing eclipse installation and the install script does not accept any of them.
