topic Decoding failure in a path starting at the routine entry in Analyzers

Hi all

I am a newbie and am using vtune for profiling my code. I noticed that many of the functions in my code were not instrumented and the comment said the following: "Decoding failure in a path starting at the routine entry". I have built the executable using Microsoft VS 2008 using the x64 compiler on windows. The debug version of the executable loads fine but the release version gives me an error. I tried looking for this error on google but nothing turned up. Could someone please help me out with this? I would be very grateful.

Thanks a lot!
