topic Threading tools and .NET managed code in Analyzers

I can't seem to find a definitive answer regarding managed code and the Intel Thread Profiler and Intel Thread Profiler. I know that it integrates with Visual Studio, but is it able to analyze managed code (C#, VB, etc.) as well as C++ OpenMP/Win32 code? What is the official statement on managed code and threading tools?

Thanks!
