Hello i have a problem with my Intel Arc A380 everytime i try to play games like fifa 23 or GTA V my game is closing and says i dont have directx 10/11

Take a video of the issue.
Take screenshots of the game settings.

hey, I'm not sure if this thread is still open but I'm having the same issue, with more games than the 2 that were listed.
