Remnant 2 is the WORST performing game on Intel ARC GPUs

So I play remnant 2 I have done benchmarks on my Arc A750 and my A770

The performance is poor although it's now playable with recent updates, but even the RX 6600 beats the Arc A770 in remnant 2, it is truly embarrassing.

We really need a driver update from Intel and maybe they can leverage their powers with gunfire studios to try and get this issue under control.

Remnant 2 runs on Unreal Engine 5 and is a demanding game it's one of the most popular games out there

I love my Arc GPU but please Intel we need better drives for Remnant 2.

Remnant 2 is a very popular game I think intel is doing themselves an injustice by ignoring the poor performance of this game on the Arc

Thank you for posting in the Intel communities to report the performance issue you experienced when playing Remanant 2. We are here to help you with this problem.

So we can better assist you on this issue, we would like to ask for the following:

Can you share more details about what you mean by a performance issue? Do you refer to a low framerate (FPS) issue, or is it stuttering?
Is this issue related to a specific game mode or location, or can it be reproduced in any section of the game?
If possible, provide us with screenshots of the game's graphic settings.
Is Rezisable BAR enabled?
Create a system report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) to have more details about your system:
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

I am pretty sure the issue has nothing to do with specs and just the fact that Intel GPUs in General perform terrible in Remnant 2 and UE5 games in general you cant even see from this graph how bad Intel drivers are with Remnant 2

Look up any benchmark like this from any reputable website and you will see how terrible Intel ARC is in this game and UE5 on the whole

Intel said we will get at least the performance of 6600 XT but it comes nowhere close to even a 6600

The issue isn't just OP's PC

IT is EVERY PC when it comes to Remnant 2

Every benchmark using every possible specs the results are all the same Remnant 2 performs poorly on Intel Arc

it is an issue with How Remnant 2 renders shadows.

It is rendering shadows in places that you will never see, wasting GPU resources

But besides that the ARC GPU seems to be poorly optimized with Unreal Engine 5

It is NOT an issue with someone's specific PC

It is an Issue with either the architecture or drivers of intel in general the game runs it just performs worse than the competition across the board.

If it is an issue with the ARC architecture then intel should just say so.

TLDR; Remnant 2 is a poorly optimized game that uses Unreal Engine 5 an Engine that performs poorly on Intel ARC in general

AMD RX 6600 and RTX 3060 beats the Arc A770 in remnant 2, no matter what PC specs you use, it's on EVERY review website benchmark.

The game runs bad on Intel ARC in general regardless of PC specs
