DBGHELP.DLL NOT FOUND Error in Knight Online

Hi;

I keep getting this error in the game.

I have confirmed that the problem is related to the graphics card driver.

I installed the attached drivers one by one.

It is the driver that does not give the error I mentioned (gfx_win_101.4669)

All higher versions of version 4669 cause errors.

We are waiting for a solution urgently

My computer;

CPU : i5 12400f

MB : Asus Prime H610M-R D4 (last bios 3010)

Ram : Corsair 16 Gb 3200Mhz

GPU : Arc A750 Ltd Edition 8 Gb 256bit dx12

Windows 10 Pro

This is currently a known issue with this game running on Intel Arc A-series GPUs. Our debug team is working on it, however I cannot provide an ETA for the next update.

As soon as we have news we'll also update this article: Error: "dll dbghelp not found" While Playing Knight Online* with Intel® Arc™ Graphics.

There have been 2 updates since I opened this topic.

5194 and 5330

The problem is still not resolved after two updates.

It's been 5 months since I got my graphics card and the problem still persists.

I have to use it with the version 4669

Knight Online itself has solved the problem that you have not solved for 5 months.

With the dx11 update of the game yesterday, it now works smoothly with the latest version 5330.

You couldn't find a solution to this problem for 5 months, but the game itself solved it.

I don't thank Intel

I hope to get rid of my Arc a750 graphics card as soon as possible.
