We would like to request that you provide us with a system report generated using the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU). This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with the appropriate support:

Download the Intel SSU
Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."

Thanks for your patience. The issue you've reported has already been addressed in X-Plane 12 Beta version 12.1.0.

Update to the BETA version can be found here: https://www.x-plane.com/kb/using-x-plane-betas/

Please note that the fix is not available in the public version of X-Plane 12.

Installing the Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* version 101.5186 or newer includes performance improvements for X-Plane 12.
