Hello,

Although I love the graphics card I still could not play total war after 6 month of purchasing. Can anyone please help me with this ? I am uploading images and file of my system. Please help.

I am also having the same problem! Money wasted it seems because of intel... I mean if I even had a mac this would work... please help!! Please!!!!!

Brother, from the image you shared, I observed that you're using version .5445. Just a heads up, Intel recently rolled out a newer graphics driver version that might address the specific game issue you're facing. Check out this link for the latest version: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*. It's version .5534. The driver or software for your Intel® component might have been changed or replaced by the computer manufacturer. Thus, intel recommend work with your computer manufacturer before installing their driver so you don’t lose features or customizations.

Right now Total war Emperor 2 crashes when I turn it on and attila gives black screen and stay there after campaign launches,
