我的环境是Arc750+Windows10，通过DDU卸载了旧的驱动程序版本后，安装了31.0.101.5445，Arc750的所有设置都是默认值

该游戏的分辨率是窗口的1600 x 900，其它图像设置也是默认值

游戏崩溃的原因无法确定，这次崩溃有以下特征：

1.没有任何错误提示，游戏卡住一会后自动关闭

2.在任务中的战斗场景触发

3.崩溃时间无法确定，可能几分钟就触发，也可能几个小时都不触发

4.在31.0.101.5333的驱动程序版本中从未出现，从31.0.101.5382至31.0.101.5445的驱动程序版本中开始出现

out.mp4显示了游戏崩溃的时间在02:12

We have conducted tests with the Intel® ArcTM A750 Graphics and driver versions 31.0.101.5445, 31.0.101.5382, and 31.0.101.5330; no crashing issues were encountered while using high and ultra settings.

Please try the latest Arc driver, 101.5534, and check if the crash issue will still occur.

If yes, kindly provide the following additional details in order for us to investigate the issue more deeply:

1. Does the crash happen on saved games only or even on new games?

2. If it only happens on saved games, may we get a copy of your saved game files? Once we receive your saved game files, we will replicate the issue in our lab.

By the way, we advised you to try the driver at 101.5534 since our senior engineers already replicated the issue with Arc driver 101.5534, and we never encountered any crashes.

I try the driver 31.0.101.5534 for a few days.The crash also happen on new games at 31.0.101.5534.In Chapter 5 of the story,i have met the crash three times.

I guess it may be related to the black screen issue fixed in the driver 31.0.101.5382.

I restored the driver to 31.0.101.5333 for a few days too,the crash doesn't happen on saved games or new games.

We have revisited the game with Arc drivers 5593 and 5382 (one of the drivers that is crashing on your system). We have played it for a while, but it still won't crash on us.

In regards to that, please revalidate the game files and do sfc/scannow for Windows, and then try to play the game.

By the way, you mentioned that it crashes only at Chapter 5. So it does not happen in any other chapters?

Furthermore, if possible, can you send us a copy of the saved games you have so we can try to use them? Location is c:\Users\<Windows user name>\ AppData\Local\GBFR\Saved\SaveGames. Have the customer zip the SaveGames folder and send it to us for testing. (*AppData folder might be hidden*)
