Also let me know the make and model of your power supply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For reference you can check this article: &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000094366/graphics.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000094366/graphics.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest troubleshooting step is to reseat the GPU in the PCIe x16 slot. If it still doesn't work then test using different video cables and if possible a different display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next up is testing the hardware elements to verify which are known good-working.
