    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; I cannot find the&amp;nbsp;OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json file to download anywhere in order for me to start the recording.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime I will attach you screenshots of my video settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Btw it doesn't matter what settings I play on, low, medium, high, mixed or whatever, the stuttering is just there. also it doesn't matter the resolution or frequency of the monitor either.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also i have already RTSS with MSI Afterburner, just to watch over temperatures and fps when I play games.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When it stutters the low's 1% and 0.1% drop to single digits numbers during the freezing time&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition 16GB Valorant STUTTER</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have these weird stutters everytime I update my drivers, after using a new skin or ability from an agent for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even with the Default Skin (weapons), the first shot fired stutters (after driver update), as it has to adapt to the animation because it is seeing it "for the first time". I have this issue since installing the GPU (december 2022) . Never had the issue before with the previous GPU (NVIDIA GTX 1660ti).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The stutters occur everytime i pick up a gun with a skin i never held OR by casting an ability from whatever agent ( after new driver update ) for the first time with an approx duration from 0,5 to 1sec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My sistem specs are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Motherboard: B550f strix gaming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GPU: Arc A770 Limited Edition 16GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 32 GB (2x16 GB) 3600 MHz C18&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x3d (but even with the previous CPU ryzen 7 5800x i had problems)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Windows is installed on a different SSD than the Game&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;REBAR is ON&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Every Driver update is made after DDU clean and also a "Execute Clean Install" checked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;It doesn't matter if i Uninstall the game and Install it again. I tried changing the installation files on other drives, still doesn't matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Windows Update is off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Bios is updated to last version and the latest chipset drivers too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;I need help, it is very annoying almost 2 years have passed and i have the same problem over and over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. The issue is isolated only to Valorant, i don't have the same stutters on any other game.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I have tried NVIDIA GTX1660ti after having problems with the Arc A770 and it works flawlessly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never had problems with the NVIDIA GPU, only with the intel GPU.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already tried all possible fixes for stuttering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know you are working hard to improve your GPU, but please don't tell me to contact the developer of the game, because there is nothing you can do, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is why it creates the user configuration folder.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Paste this file to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;%userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "&amp;lt;game name&amp;gt; ready to capture...".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Press F11 to start capturing data and reproducing the issue. The status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capture. The status in the overlay will change to "Processing data.".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey i have had this problem on 2 pcs with a amd GPU this stutter issue kicks in if you have many skins in the game and cycling abilities also my os was properly debloated tried several power plans and the ssd was a gen3 one this issue doesn't happen on Nvidia GPUs i tried swapping it out with a nvidia card voila its gone its like even the GTX 750 Ti runs better than arc and radeon. Some type of shader loading issue is there. Take a account with 20 skins now just play unrated or smthg u wont notice much on pratice mode. or just play the game for some days where u have successfully loaded most skin shader data then update the driver and just launch the game it will lag a lot. This is what i faced on AMD and my friend who has arc he told me the same issue if he updates the driver, the game stutters so much. I refrain from buying anything other than Nvidia because i play this game alot but I would love to try battlemage&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shader compilation stutter is definitely a serious problem in Valorant with ARC cards(I'm on A750LE.), even if you have a fast processor. I used to game on R5 3600, still happens with an upgrade to R7 5700X3D. All usual suspects like ReBAR are on so there's no setup problem on my side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Valorant is a DX11 game without any shader compilation feature. Every time when shader cache is cleared(like reinstalling a driver with DDU beforehand), all FX stutter unless they had already appeared(which mean they're cached). FX include but not limited to fancy weapon finisher animations, agent abilities and inspecting fancy skins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried most WHQL drivers from 5768 to the current 6458 and no avail. I do not think there's an immediate fix in the foreseeable future, considering they have to prioritize fixing the abysmal overhead issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
