The two links represent what is being seen/generated on screen when running Reiza Studios Automobilista 2 simracing title at Mugello circuit.

This has occurred with every Intel ARC driver to date... including the currently loaded 32.0.101.6078

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:

1) Can you re-share the links you initially provided, so I can see the issue you are reporting? It is currently not accessible.

2) When you say "blocky tree", does it look like it's pixelated of some sort? *For graphics corruption (for example artifacts, texture corruption, or lighting glitches) please use Intel Arc Control to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug.

3) Is the game previously working and only have the issue recently?
