Have you tried rolling back the graphics drivers?
What graphics driver version are you currently using?
What are the troubleshooting steps you have taken?

The launcher sporadically starts on double-clicking to run the game.

It has been tried with multiple versions of Intel ARC drivers.

It is very inconsistant.

On a scale of 1-10...approximately launches 1x but only as far as the game play menu.

It'll then crash to desktop or hang during the track loading phase.

When it does hang I can sometimes hear cars running on track but the track loading image will still show as 98 or 99% loaded....so not sitting in the car in the pitbox.

I have tried just about every driver release since purchasing my A770-16LE in December of 2022.

This is the only title that will not run.

I'm currently on the latest driver released by Intel...

The BIOS on the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC is the latest from MSI

Troubleshooting :

Complete file verification in STEAM....all file good with no corruption.

Removed userdata folder and recreate profile completely.

Cleared Cbash and Shaders folder in userdata.

Tried lowest graphic setting with no anti aliasing or other enhancements.

Tried running it at 60Hz instead of the monitor's max of 165Hz.

Tried an older RX580 8GB card after completely removing my Intel card and ARC drivers. It ran perfectly with that card every time.

I want to use my ARC so it is currently back in the system while I wait for a solution.

Thing is...I am using the ARC for RaceRoom Edition, Automobilista2, Live For Speed, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizioni...all on flat monitor and in VR...with zero issues.

May we know the information needed to replicate the issue:

Can you provide us the game settings your using?
Are the crashes during the launch of the game or while playing?
Do you receive any error message?

Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.

Issue resolved/fixed by plugging in speakers to the audio jack on the back of the computer....it makes no sense but was given as the fix from another S397 user, who'd encountered the exact issue.

Doing that fixed it and now all tracks load.

Again...it makes no sense to me why that fixed it.
