Intel Arc A750 LE , Failed

Hi , i have intel arc a750 le , i did face a lot of problems while having it , i had screen artifactes in call of duty , very stutter gameplay in every game , even fortnite at lowest settings and v-sync is on i had a lot of stutters (frame drops ) i know that because i had msi afterburner OSD enabled so i was able to monitor the frame time which showed huge sudden spikes in frame time, even the gpu couldnt run msi kombuster "furmark-msi (vk)" for half an hour without crashing , fortnite kept crashimg if i played for more than half an hour at a time , even in minecraft the gpu wasnt performing as much as expected when ray tracing setting were on , i returned the card to the place i bought it from , after all of this diagnosting , i want you to confirm that gpu is in its faliure time ,

i want you to reply to me and confirm that i should have a replacement card so i show the message to Ivory " A pc store that sells pc parts and much more in jerusalem"

**Note : I had these problems from the day i had the card with me , i did buy it month ago and its still under warranty ,

At first the problems were minor problems , but as time goes by, the stuttering got worse , the in-game artifactes got worse than ever.

what i seek from this post and i hope you won't make me change to amd because im a big fan of intel , is that you send me a confermation letter to show it to Ivory so they give me a replacment .

**Note : I cant send the card to you to check it , i have video of it failing in msi kombuster and the gpu is shown in the video .

**Note : The gpu is not overclocked

And the card is with Ivory right now
