Use DDU to uninstall the Intel® Graphics Driver - &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Download the latest driver here - &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html?wapkw=iris%20xe" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® Arc™ &amp;amp;amp; Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to the freezing issue when using the GPU directly, please share more details about it so I can investigate further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. As I've checked the first 3 screenshots that you sent, it seems that the Arc control is now showing the correct driver version, could you confirm if this is with Windows 10?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I can only support in English so please translate the screenshot of the error that you are seeing on Intel Controller via Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. I recommend contacting your OEM about this.
