Thanks for your feedback. New software driver is solving some of the problems. And I hope you can pay more attention to these problems then feedback to engineers. Intel ARC can be optimized great.

PUBG thing to check:

I just had super low framerate trying pubg for the first time with this new B580 card, when warzone and fortnite were just fine - turns out the fix for me to get to super smooth framerate was go into bios and disable the radeon cpu graphics in my 9600x cpu (wasn't using it, but it was enabled)

WHOA what a change. Previously it had to be super low settings to just get what felt like 15fps, now it feels like its matching my monitors 120hz.

Same issue, came here for a fix, and this method also worked for me - entering BIOS, disabling integrated graphics.

PubG was unplayable before this change, now it is super smooth. Thanks JoshB580.

My 146kf + b580 the memory is 4200 c16, you should oc your memory to enjoy pubg，bro. The best ddr4 memory is Samsung bdie. 8GB *2 just for about 600 rmb but not new. The memory is the most important when you enjoy pubg, the second is CPU. Your CPU is good. The last is GPU, when you select dx11 enhance in PUBG. Every thing is done.

In a word, entry to biso then setting Memory frequency, at least 3600, besides making sure in gear 1 mode. you should check out more messages in bios Overclock before doing this。

also the pubg Game optimisation is just Too Stupid。Though you have the best computer such as 149kf + 4400c15(ddr4) and nvdia, the pubg is sometimes also dragging 0.1%low in 1080p when too many people.
