Não consigo abrir a central de comandos gráfico intel, já atualizei drivers, reseitei o windows e nada.

Estou em um ideapad s145 (81s90003br) drivers gráfico Intel® UHD Graphics 620 versão do drive 31.0.101.2115

Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging. To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you check first with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software provided by them.

I suggest downloading the drivers for your laptop here on your OEM website:

Apply clean installation of the graphics driver as well:
