The issue happens when I play a game via steam (r6, delta force, poe2, cs2 and etc) there is sudden fps drops like 240 280 to, games freezes for a second and after that there will be a steam notification pop up.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />tldr: Steam notifications drops fps and freezes game even before showing up.
