    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Troksid,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for patiently waiting on my response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order for me to deeply investigate our issue, please provide the following information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &lt;A href="https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Need-help-Reporting-a-bug-or-issue-with-Arc-GPU-PLEASE-READ-THIS/m-p/1494429#M5057" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;CapFrameX&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt; data to so I can thoroughly analyze the fluctuations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. A screen recording showing how to replicate the issue and the type of Steam notification being received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.       <title>Arc B580 Steam Notificiation Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, the problem is simple. The issue happens when I play a game via steam (r6, delta force, poe2, cs2 and etc) there is sudden fps drops like 240 280 to, games freezes for a second and after that there will be a steam notification pop up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;tldr: Steam notifications drops fps and freezes game even before showing up. SSU included.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
