      <title>BSoD, igdkmdnd64.sys SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, only when playing No Man's Sky</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, ever since I got a new Display Port Monitor I haven't had any problems with my A750 LE graphics card. But now I decided to play a new game ( No man's sky ) and It runs just fine, with a few stutters, but after playing for about 30+ minutes, my pc will randomly get a BSoD, also Alt+tabbing the game is kind of weird if I don't put it in windowed mode.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mobo: TUF GAMING B650M PLUS WIFI&lt;BR /&gt;CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X&lt;BR /&gt;RAM: 32GB GSkill triden 6000mhz ( tried XMP on/off already )&lt;BR /&gt;GPU: ARC A750 LE (32.0.101.6332 and 32.0.101.6325 used, both with the same error)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Temperatures are just fine, gpu never goes 75C+. Cpu 70C-.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure if I should post this here or with NMS support, since the error is the intel graphics driver I suposse It is fine here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The crash doesn't happen If I never open No Man's sky, but if I open it, even after closing it, it will crash randomly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the dmp file but won't let me post it here, so I put it into a txt file, any other information required can be provided if asked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Follow&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for instructions.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You could also test using the latest&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;non-WHQL driver&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, ty for answering&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried doing DDU, and when I get time I'll try using non WHQL driver, I'm going to use 32.0.101.6332/32.0.101.101.6253.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And what &lt;a href="https://community.intel.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/325093"&gt;@verdich&lt;/a&gt; linked looks very similar to what I'm getting too, sadly if I downgrade to the driver mentioned there I don't get the optimizations for marvel rivals.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1st, all requirements are met for Intel ARC A-SERIES graphics&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I did a clean installation of with non WHQL 32.0.101.6332/32.0.101.101.6253 drivers, and &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;32.0.101.6332&lt;/SPAN&gt;, Gonna try this sunday to do it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;again with the newest drivers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There hasn't been any software changes or hardware changes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Windows is updated to the latest version, I'm using Windows 23H2 22631.4602&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The BIOS for my Mobo is 1811, so I'm going to update to the latest one ( also in sunday because of free time )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resizable BAR is also enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6600XT works fine in this PC, sadly I can't test the A750 in another system since there are no other computers avaiable for me that have Smart Access memory or Resizable BAR.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for answering, I'll try to follow up in sunday&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Updated BIOS to latest version, Updated Drivers using DDU, the bug is still there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Something I wanted to note, since i just noticed, before the crash there will be like a small freeze when alt + tabbing. When I check in event viewer the freeze has the exact same time the system logs the display controller (igfxnd) stopped working and was recovered succesfully ( and it didn't crash ). AND, after that small freeze, even if i close the game, I notice the crash will happen anyways, it becomes a matter of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For now only games making this crash are Counter Strike 2 and No Man's sky, the crash won't happen in No Man's sky's menu&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm on an arc a750 and clean installing the newest drivers with DDU hasn't resolved these BSODs. Intel has told me that they consider it a hardware issue, so you may also want to look into warranty and possibly going through an RMA process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://github.com/IGCIT/Intel-GPU-Community-Issue-Tracker-IGCIT/issues/874" target="_blank"&gt;https://github.com/IGCIT/Intel-GPU-Community-Issue-Tracker-IGCIT/issues/874&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll add that I think the Intel team has handled this very well - at least in my case. The BSOD issues seem to affect a minority of the cards out there and I know first hand how hard it can be to diagnose such things without being able to reproduce them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue with no man sky since around mid -late December. The game used to work fine, then started having issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First game starts to stutter, and the bluescreens anytime between 15-30 minutes from starting the game. Bsods are igkmdm.sys related&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Multiple clean installs have been done since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay got the SSU Report, I didn't update the drivers since I saw no changes were made to A-Series graphics card and jxn had tested it. ( If you require me to do so, tell me, I just wanted to save me some time )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If something else is required I can help, like making the crash happen and after that making the ssu report or something.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
