There is a bug that may cause the frame rate to drop to about 10 fps in some cases.

There are scenes where motion blur is applied and the frame rate drops to about 2 fps.

What troubleshooting steps have you done?
Have tried different graphics settings?
Have you tried testing the graphics card with another working system or another graphics card with your system?
