tabbing out of vulkan games

Hello. Everytime I tabbed out of games with vulkan renderer screen goes black for few seconds like its in fullscreen exclusive mode even with borderless selected. This only happens on games that has vulkan as renderer. This doesnt happen on my old amd gpu.

Thank you for raising this concern via communities. For me to better understand the issue you experience with the Vulkan, kindly answer the question below:

What is the model of your current GPU?
What is the model of your old GPU?
What is the model of the processor?
Can you provide a screenshot of the error?

To further assist you, I kindly request that you download and execute the Intel System Support Utility (SSU) in order to provide me with a complete system specification, which will enable me to assist you in reviewing your system information.

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

1. Scan: Check the box Everything.

2. Click Scan.

3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.

4. Click Save.

There is no error. its just like tabbing in and out of a game rendered in vulkan gives me a few second of blackscreen before it goes back.
just in games with vulkan renderer
cpu: ryzen 7 5700x3d
gpu: intel arc b580

What is the game that experiences tabbing in and out?
Where did you download the game?

And to further investigate this concern, kindly provide the SSU for me to check all the information installed in your system, and if possible, can you provide a video of the issue.

Valheim when I run it on vulkan. But with dx12 it does not.

Thank you for providing the SSU and the games that tab in and out. Upon checking your system information, the driver version of your ARC B580 is not updated. So for us to troubleshoot this concern, kindly download and install the latest drivers since it has many fixes.

well i tried updating but its the same. I just rolled back drivers because the new ones are causing graphic texture glitch on waters on hogwarts legacy

another issue you should look at. a bit disappointed that certified drivers having that issue on hogwarts legacy

I run hogwarts on ultra without raytracing. fps is good but with the new drivers waters textures seems to glitch. rolled back to previous drivers and issue was gone.
valheim I run on quality settings performance is good its just that tabbing in and out of game is annoying

also during nights. some pillars like this one shows horizontal black lines when moving camera.

after a lot of tinkering ingame settings. i found the culprit in hogwarts legacy. it was actually any upscaling. removed upscaling and i run native the grraphic glitches are gone. please check. driver before the latest update doesnt have this

Here is my valheim settings. I cant get enshrouded settings because I uninstalled it. very bad performance with the gpu
