    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install the drivers for my new A750 intel reference card. the driver failed to install and tells me to restart and try again. I get video output if i dont install&amp;nbsp;the drivers and use windows drivers, but no video output if i try to install intel drivers (RDP into the machine works)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have attached the logs from a fresh install and trying to reinstall. not sure where to go from here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;System:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ryzen 3600&lt;BR /&gt;AS rock B450M Pro4&lt;BR /&gt;32gb 3200 ram&lt;BR /&gt;500gb NVME ssd&lt;BR /&gt;Windows 10 pro&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Logs and screenshots attached&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when trying to install the driver on your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics. Please let's try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reseat the GPU on its PCIE slot.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Completely remove all traces from previous installation attempts using &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Display Driver Uninstaller&lt;/A&gt; and then try installing the latest version &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/726609/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-whql-windows.html?" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;31.0.101.4146.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue continues, please create a log file with the &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® System Support Utility&lt;/A&gt; and attach it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugo O.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I was able to resolve the issue. Used DDU for the 100th time, I downloaded the zip installer and manually installed the drivers through device manager. After that I was able to install the software using the custom settings.</description>
