    <description>I am currently using an Intel Arc 750,driver version is 31.0.101.4146, bought Batman Arkham Knight in steam, every time I launch it,5 seconds later it crashes out, basily can't enter the game, I opened the event viewer and saw messages below:&lt;BR /&gt;faulting module batmanAK.exe exception code: 0x00000005&lt;BR /&gt;I have no idea how to fix this, if anyone could offer a solution I would really appreciate.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

Could you please confirm if you were able to test the older driver version 30.0.101.3490? Also, Could you please confirm if you used Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall and then reinstall the latest driver 30.0.101.4146?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As well, please let's try removing the ARC GPU from the PCIE slot on your system and test the integrated graphics on your processor.       <description>Here’s a fix, do exactly what it says in the description , it’ll work: &lt;A href="https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2546-batman-arkham-knight-intel-gpu-detection-fix/" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2546-batman-arkham-knight-intel-gpu-detection-fix/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;it’ll tell you to add the downloaded files to the win64 folder (found in binaries) but you need to unzip them first. Then there will be two files;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;dxgi.dll and the tweak application. The tweak application is optional so you can just copy and paste the dxgi file to the win64 folder, then launch the game and it should be able to detect your gpu now. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;please let me know how it goes!&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
