I haven’t really tried everything it just feels like it because almost everyone is telling me to enable 4g decoding or whatever and the rebar.

How should I do that if nothings shows up on my monitor, it’s just black, not windows startup or anything. (Hope it didn’t sound rude)
Thanks

You "have tried everything that the internet has told me to do ". How long did that take?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[W10 is today's XP ]

Hi Concorde77,

Thank you for sharing this insight with us.

Upon checking about your concern where your new Arc B580 don't have a display after installing it on your system, I was able to gather some troubleshooting steps you can try to check if there will be an improvement on the issue.

Try this:

Try clearing the CMOS. Clearing the CMOS can help resetting BIOS settings to factory defaults.

Refer to this link for instruction: How to Clear CMOS to Reset BIOS Settings in Systems with Intel®...

Try reseating the RAM. You may also start with one memory stick and insert it into the first channel.

Let me know if there will be an improvement on your system.

Best regards,

Earl E.

Intel Customer Support Technician
