Update: the graphics card now shows up in the device manager, my drivers are supposedly installed but for some reason it still shows a yellow triangle on the card's icon.

Just purchased the Intel ARC B570. Did a Clean DDU and installed the new card and removed my GTX 1080. The system does not see the card as it says under display Microsoft Display Adapter. When running the Intel Graphic Driver installer it errors out. It cannot find the new Arc GPU B570. Please advise

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[W10 is today's XP ]

ok, after trial and error, I was able to extract the latest drivers and force a driver install but it sees it as the B580. I am trying The Last of Us. I'll get back.

Hi, would you be able to tell me how you fixed the problem? I'm having the same issue with my B570 not showing/being read by my pc. I don't think it's the issue of the motherboard not being compatible, because the card sowed up once after updating my bios, but after installin the drivers once again it dissapeared.
