      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After installing the latest version of Intel graphics card driver, PowerDirector 2025 hardware encoding becomes unselectable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My CPU is Intel i5-11400&lt;BR /&gt;My graphics card is Intel ARC B580&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem was solved by replacing the Intel graphics card driver with an older version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel graphics card driver version with no issues: 32.0.101.6557_101.6262&lt;BR /&gt;The Intel graphics card driver version that has the problem: 32.0.101.6559 WHQL Certified (latest)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sincerely, Yang Shunbo&lt;/P&gt;</description>
