    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.intel.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/414511" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;gearslogy&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get a better understanding of the issue, kindly provide the following details below that may help isolate the issue and for me to provide an appropriate resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Is your PC newly built with an out-of-the-box issue or was it previously working fine before the issue started?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If previously working, what changes has been made before the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) What troubleshooting steps have you tried?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Please provide your system configuration so I can check and see if we have components that may have caused the issue. This could be possible by downloading the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software&lt;/A&gt;. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scan: Check the box Everything.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Scan.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Review: When finished scanning, click Next.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click Save (.txt).
